I am  a bit nervous, yet very excited about the book and all that it entails. As many of you know, that I have been working on this project for a couple of years and it is finally here. My book should be going to print any day now, and as I make progress I will keep you updated!

The intention of my book, “Yes…to the Wisdom Within, KEYS to your Sacred Self” is to get you in touch with who you are—the Sacred being that you are created to BE—and to express yourself from this place. We’ve been taught and shown in our lives to look outside of ourselves for all of the answers. Instead, this book will take you on a journey within yourself to grow, learn and find the answers you may be looking for. You will learn and use practical tools for everyday living, and create your life, instead of reacting to it. The KEYS will assist you in taking stock of where you are right now, and where you would rather be…
